Each October, the BC SPCA urges British Columbians to take action on behalf of farm animals. This year, following a high-profile animal cruelty investigation involving a Chilliwack dairy farm, the BC SPCA is asking everyone to speak out in support of its recommendation to better protect dairy cattle and all farm animals.
