When cleaning out your freezer, consider making a much-needed donation to the patients being cared for at wildlife rehabilitation centres like the BC SPCA Wild ARC. Frozen fish, seafood and berries are always greatly appreciated. Just ask any peckish pelican, hungry hawk or ravenous raccoon – they don’t mind a bit of freezer burn!
