BC SPCA celebrates its amazing volunteers
National Volunteer Week is celebrated April 10-16 across Canada, and the BC SPCA is taking the time to honour its nearly 4,000 volunteers throughout B.C., without whom the society would not be able to carry out its life-saving work helping the province’s most vulnerable animals. Fortunately, the BC SPCA was able to rescue Lady and her seven puppies, nurse them back to health and adopt them into loving homes. Read the story of Cooper, one of the pups that was given a second chance with a new doting family.
