Each $1.00 donated to the BC SPCA through this contest will be counted as one (1) vote. You will receive a charitable tax receipt by email for your donation votes.
The twelve animals with the most votes on May 10th at noon will be featured in the 2013 Animal Lovers' Calendar.
Your gift will mean that the BC SPCA will continue to be there for animals in need of rescue, protection, medical treatment and ongoing care until a loving forever home is found.
In appreciation for your support, you will receive a copy of the 2013 calendar by mail this October.

Peanuts is a Norwegian Forest Cat adopted January 17,1995 from the North Cariboo (Prince George) SPCA. He was about 6 weeks old. His litter was abandoned and they all got sick and he was the only one to survive. he lived in foster care where he was bottled feed and to this day he makes you watch him eat! he is now 17 years old. He loves dogs, thinks he is King of all ( he is) and loves Spirit is 15 year old soon to be 16 year old brother also adopted from the PG SPCA November 12,1997. Spirit, a grey tabby, was about 6 months old when he was taken to the SPCA after he was left out in cold temperatures and crawled under the hood of a car to get warm. Whoever brought him to the SPCA ( not sure if it was the owners dumping him) did so after his rear end of all chopped up from the car.He developed diabetes in March 2010 and was on 2 doses of insulin until October 2011. He is doing well and still no longer needs insulin. They are spoiled cats and we love them to pieces. I could go on and on :)
