Raffi and three other cats were seized by RCMP after a complaint about five cats living in the back of a truck in an open wire crate for two months. One cat was deceased and the other four were living in their own feces in below zero temperatures. Ultimately, only Raffi and one other cat were strong enough...
Raffi was in particularly bad shape (of the cats that survived) because his lower eyelids were turned inwards and his fur scratching against his eyes. This painful condition can only be helped surgically. Currently, his eyes just don't open properly and we know he will be so grateful to see again!
Considering everything he has been through, he is a very loving boy who adores people. Raffi is very affectionate, has a loud purr and loves to play!
He deserves the world after surviving such horrific conditions, so please help give him his life back by donating to his surgery and care today.
Personal updates for Raffi will be provided to anyone who donates to his campaign.
*Goal includes: surgery, medication, vaccinations, regular health check, and daily care for Raffi until he’s ready for adoption. If his medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in his name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
