Senior Shih-tzu Ariel was out at a dog park this week, when she was attacked by another dog. The trauma included bite wounds to Ariel's head and popped her eye out.
With a former guardian unable to care for her due to going into hospice care, Ariel is suddenly alone and in grave condition. She needs you to help her now.
She received emergency treatment, but if the initial surgery doesn't succeed in keeping her eye in the socket, it would need to be removed. We are watching closely and hoping she doesn't have to go through much more...
Please give this senior angel the love and support she has earned all these years and donate now.
Personal updates for Ariel will be provided to anyone who donates to her campaign.
*Goal includes: surgery, medication, vaccinations, regular health check, and daily care for Ariel until she’s ready for adoption. If her medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in her name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
