This gentle German Shepherd girl was discovered tied up after being abandoned by people she thought loved her. She arrived underweight and was experiencing terrible diarrhea and vomiting. Test results came back that she has giardia (aka beaver fever), which is most often acquired from drinking unclean water. On top of being underweight she has a painful untreated ear infection and she was absolutely covered in fleas.
“Noelle lacks confidence and can be quite shy. However, she is a very sweet and gentle girl who loves affection and she makes everyone laugh and love her.” - Comox Branch Manager Emily Priestley says.
Noelle is being quarantined while they treat her giardia, she will also need her ear infection treated and require medicated baths to help get rid of the horrendous flea infestation.
Noelle has gone through so much already in her young years, help make this sweet girls Christmas miracle by donating to her care today!
Personal updates for Noelle will be provided to anyone who donates to her campaign.
*Goal includes: treatment, medication, vaccinations, regular health check, and daily care for Noelle until she’s ready for adoption. If her medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in her name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
