Senior best friends Andy, Amy and Timmy are feeling pretty lost and sad right now.
Their longtime guardian recently passed away, leaving them with no one to care for their needs.
Upon arrival at the shelter, it was obvious these three sweeties were having a lot of pain while eating. The vet has determined that Andy, Amy and Timmy all need surgery for oral disease. It will be a huge relief for them to be able to finally munch away pain-free.
Since it’s been difficult for them to eat without discomfort, all three kitties are underweight and will need to be put on special weight-gaining diets. Their vet also discovered Andy has a heart murmur which needs to be closely monitored.
The Vernon branch staff say it’s obvious that Amy and Andy are very tightly bonded. The two are inseparable, and look so much alike that they must be siblings! Despite their current issues, this trio are in otherwise good health for senior cats and will be wonderful companions for someone when they are healed from their surgeries.
Will you help Andy, Amy and Timmy get the care they need so they can get a second chance to live their remaining years in a happy loving home?
Personal updates for this trio will be provided to anyone who donates to their campaign.
*Goal includes: surgery, medication, treatment, regular health check, and daily care for Andy, Amy & Timmy until they are ready for adoption. If their medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in their names, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
