This beautiful litter of 6 week old kittens were discovered living outside by a good Samaritan living nearby. They think their mom is a known stray in the area and they waited around for her to return, but she did not. They were scooped up and brought in to the East Kootenay branch to get the best possible chance at survival.
Many of the kittens in the group have bad diarrhea, which can be very dangerous for such tiny kittens! They will need special medication to help with their digestive issues so they can continue to gain weight at the rate they should.
These little babies are also quite nervous of people and new spaces, so they will need time in an experienced foster home with behavior modification and socialization prior to being put up for adoption. When they are old enough they will also all need their spay/neuter surgeries.
Finnigan, Juliet, Sweetpea, Casey, Ferdy, Frank & Romeo are such tough kitties who have already gone through so much and they just have one more obstacle to overcome! They need your support to become the happy cats we know they can be.
Personal updates for Finnigan & Friends will be provided to anyone who donates to their campaign.
*Goal includes: surgery, medication, treatment, vaccinations, regular health check, and daily care for Finnigan & Friends until they are ready for adoption. If their medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in their names, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
