Little kitten Archer was doing his best to survive outside alone with mom nowhere to be found. Thank goodness a kind animal lover discovered this adorable boy and realized he was not doing well – and brought him in to the BC SPCA.
As soon as Archer arrived, he was cleaned up and tested for any worms or parasites. Unfortunately, he tested positive for ringworm, a highly contagious fungal infection. Archer was put in quarantine, and staff have to wear full personal protective gear when handling him for the next few weeks while he goes through treatments.
Archer is the sweetest kitten! He purrs while undergoing his treatments, just so happy to have some company to sit with him. He hasn’t been able to socialize with other cats because of his quarantine, so he’s extra snuggly with people!
This little guy has a few more weeks left of recovery before he can find his loving furever home! Will you help Archer by donating to his care?
Personal updates for Archer will be provided to anyone who donates to his campaign.
*Goal includes: surgery, medication, treatment, regular health check, and daily care for Archer until he’s ready for adoption. If his medical costs and cost of care is less than is raised in his name, additional funds will provide care for other animals.
